GOOD MOTHER needs all advice child custody

My answers have not changed. Child support and custody are two different things. If Child Support says that's all he can afford, then that's all he can afford. It has nothing to do with whether your child has a right to a relationship with his child. The fact is, if he keeps using everything and anything to gain custody and the courts have not yet given it to him, they HAVE recognised that he shouldn't have full custody. Visitation is rarely removed for a parent unless they are harming the child, which isn't the case here. But you have to stop using the amount of child support as a reason that he doesn't care about his child. My ex only pays $35 a month, and yet he and my son have a fantastic relationship - I wouldn't deny my son that.

When you set visitation and child custody did you put in who gets to claim the child on taxes. My ex pays me nothing right now as he is unemployed he still sees the kids regularly since he is still a good father to the kids.
