Talk with your doctor. Both of my preemies started on Neosure and came off by 3 months because they grew fast once they were born. Some preemies have to use a preemie formula for the first year. It really depends on how big she is.

I would ask your pediatrician because there are many different brands with different vitamin profiles etc. When I had to stop breastfeeding at the point my 28 week premature daughter was only 3 months old, the doctor had a strong opinion on which formula to use for her individual needs.
You should be able to put in a call to the doctor's office and get the information without having to make a visit.

I don't remember what a normal size is for that age since mine were destined to be big (their dad's fault) My son was a 35 weeker born at 4lb 1oz (IUGR) and was 20 lbs at 16 weeks actual and my daughter was a 33 weeks born at 4 lb 13.8 oz and was about 12 lb at 3 months actual so they didn't need the extra calories that the preemie formulas offer. I didn't bf either of them - milk never came in with 1 and the other has a tongue tie and couldn't latch properly. Your daughter sounds like she is a good size through so it could go either way. Good luck!
