My mother had 3 healthy pregnacies and her 4th she miscarried. My sister had a baby misscarried the 2nd then went on to have 2 more healthy babies. Myself, I miscarried my 1st and went on to have 3 Healty girls. It is heart breaking, I am truly sorry for your loss but there's nothing to say this will happen again I'd advice you give yourself some time and see how you feel in a couple of months time.

I am so sorry for your loss. I agree with Michelle. At age 37, my first pregnancy (which I prepared nutritionally and planned for) was lost at 14 weeks (hard because you think you also got past the at-risk time period). There was no clear answer either - just because. It was tough to get through (and I still think about it - normal). I felt the same way. I really don't think I could go through that again. Because no one talks about this, I learn that it is quite common - very common. The second pregnancy (deliver at 39 yrs old) brought a healthy girl (at 41 weeks). I am grateful and cherish the moments more. Still considering to have another now. For me, yes, mourn the loss, know you are not alone in this experience, I prayed for strength and acceptance... and when the time was right try again (which initially I did not consider). Hugs to you.

I miscarried my first and went on to have 3 healthy babies. Sometimes they have no idea about why a miscarriage happens and you may never have another one.

My advice would be to mourn the loss of your baby. If you want to have another one you will know when the time is right.
