First eat lots and lots of fruits and veggies. They are your hairs best friend. Spinach seemed to help me the most. Even if you don't like it add it to things you do like, such as soup, salads, even lasagna. Most of your diet should consist of mainly fruits and veggies if you can.
Another thing I did, which my mother told me, was to get some egg yolks and rub it on your scalp. Leave it for about 15 minutes and then wash your hair. Do not wash your hair in really hot water. Do not brush your hair more than 3 times a day.
It does not matter which baby it is, first, 3rd, 12th. It depends on your own estrogen levels which really just depends on pregnancy, but obviously does decrease with age.
