Unless you have a valid reason, you're being uncooperative, in my opinion. If it facilitates his visit to have his partner pick the child up so that he can see her immediately when he arrives home from work (for example), and the times are within his allotted visitation, why quibble?

Can I ask what for what reason you won't allow her to pick her up? I know you state that the court order says the father should pick the child up, but what reason do you have to decide to be difficult about it? Because honestly, that's what you are choosing to do. You could choose to just be cooperative for the sake of the child.

Basically, you probably don't have to let her, but is it possible you are creating a mountain out of a molehill?

Unless you have stated that ONLY the Father pick up the children and no ones else is to then yes you can refuse. If that's not in writing and he is sending her to pick them up on his behalf then you can't refuse.
You have to be very particular with the wording if you are going stop her from picking them up.
