Hard ball after c section

I had a repeat c section 3 weeks ago. Although this recovery seems to be going much slower, it is slowly getting better. My incision is healing well, no swelling, redness, ozzing etc, so all good there. I am still very sensitive around the incision and above but I remember that from the first. Per my dr i had a very low incision for the first one, but she was able to to perform the second incision on the same one, thank goodness! I was just feeling around the swollen areas and I have this hard, painful to the touch ball or tissue in my abdomen. You cannot see it, only felt. I read it could just be scar tissue or fluid build up that would go away, but most of what I read is right near the incision, this one is a good distance above my incision....any ideas? Its sunday, so I thought I would ask bc calling the dr tomorrow.

Mine took a while after the second its the scar tissue. I still have a firmness about 2 inches all the way around it once in a while especially around the time my visitor comes. Not sure if its really related or not.

I would call the dr and check I am pretty sure its normal, remember that is what they are there for to help ease worry and if he thinks it may be something it can get checked. :)

I hope you heal soon, and a Huge congrats on your newest bundle of joy
