harder to fall pregnant with 1 ovary and half a thyroid

My eldest daughter had her right ovary and tube taken out when she was just 12yrs old due to a larger cyst.When she was 19 she had half her thyroid taken out.Will this make it harder for her to fall pregnant.She bleeds for 5 days and goes from 24/28 days between..She is a bit worried as she is 28 yrs and would like to start a family.

Well, When you ovulate the egg comes from one ovary, then the other. So only every second month she's fertile.
