Definately the cream or the tea tree oil (i reckon the teatree oil works better in my humble opinion)...

My sister's child has ringworm right now. It's actually a second flare up...My sister now knows that she can't let her daughter play in the sand at the park behind her house because that is where she thinks her daughter is getting it from. My sister uses Lamisil and I believe she told me that tea tree oil works just as well. So hopefully that helps.

my daughter had never had ring worm but i used to wrestle and lot of people used to get it .. one thing you can do it use  a soap called coal tar soap  its black and i think you can get it at a health food place for pretty cheap  and then there is and ointment you can get for it  hope that helps you:)

My neice got it and it's actually a fungus like athlete's foot so any of those creams will work to get rid of it.  It actually will say so on the box as well.  Make sure they don't touch it a lot because that is a good way to spread it more.

Look in the footcare section and grab some Lamisil. It will kick it the fastest and it won't come back. =)
