Which online school won't accept him? There are several different options in that area. There's also online curriculum that you can use to home school him that is not considered and online school. What has the school done about him being bullied, anything? Or are they blaming him for it? You might need to go higher up the ladder to get help for him but at this point, it might not do any good. The teachers and principal may tag him as a trouble maker and scrutinize his every move. I've seen this happen and it seems to me to be bullying also.

I'm not even sure if it's worth it at this point. They're going to target him now if you appeal it and get him back in. I found a couple of websites that might help get ya started. You might also try one of the home school groups on here.

Tabitha,
Georgia Connections Academy. That's exactly what happened the assistant principal said she had observed him in the hall with a thousand other kids being condescending and thinking he was better than the other kids. So whenever he was involved in anything they always said he was the one who initiated it and he got in trouble. I am planning to appeal his expulsion. We have to fight for him because he's unable to fight for himself. I think this school did him a disservice by expelling him.

He is 12 years old. And he was expelled due to fighting because he bit someone after they had exchanged words. In this particular school he has been in 4 fights this year. Primarily defending himself against bullying. In no way do I condone this type of behavior nor do I teach him to just bow down. I've had several meetings with his teachers and the assistant principal and I left each meeting feeling like they were talking about someone else's child. Their description of him was completely different from what my family and friends knew him to be. He is expelled from school until Jan 2013. Alternative school too far(no transportation provided) and online school won't accept him. Any other suggestions? Mom and Dad both work full-time!

What was your child expelled for? My reaction would depend on what they were in trouble for as well as how the school handled it.
