Skinny Fiber is an ALL natural weight loss supplement that works well without the harmful effects of traditional diet pills. Diet Pills are not worth it. I took them in my teens and 20's. Every day. And, yeah, I was thinner, but at what price? Today I have High Blood pressure. Have to take a med for that.
For every action we take, there is an equal and opposite reaction. It can be good...or bad. The pay off from a healthy diet and plenty of excersise is so much healthier than you'll get from a pill.

The one diet pill I found that works is Alli and it is the only diet pill that is approved by the FDA that is sold over the counter. The only side effect I got from it was having to run to the bathroom more then I normally would. I still take it if I am going to be home all day or if I am not going to be gone long. The first week I took it I lost 5 pounds I also cut my calories and was doing light excerises such as streches and walking. Before I started taking them I got the advice of my doctor and nutritionist first, I also attented bi-weekly nutrition groups which really motivates you to work harder and your weight loss goals.

You know why the diet industry is worth millions of dollars? Because it does NOT work!! Instead of thinking about getting a quick fix how about you do some research and visit your doctor to find out about changing your lifestyle to a healthy one. Learn how to eat healthy and exercise. Then you can pass that amazing gift down to your child. It really is the best thing you could do for your children... giving them a healthy mom and teaching them how to be healthy also.

i used to take them in highschool... because well i would take anything in high school.... it kept me awake when i was tired through class and stuff... being older now i wouldnt take them.. it seems like the "easy way out" and you hardly ever get results (i know i know, those commercials are so deceptive and make it sound so great)
the best thing to do it eat less calories and exercise more. i go to sams club or costco, whatever you have in your area and get the biggest bag of salad greens that i can find (one with lots of dark leafs) and a low fat or fat free dressing and then i make sure that i eat that all before it goes bad! it takes me about a week to eat all of the salad and it keeps me on track for cutting calories. it gets a little boring i guess but dieting is boring so i get over it! also, i cut back on meat intake and carbs.. i eat enough of them but i dont over do it!
diet pills are scary and unhealthy like samantha said they can have long term side effects that people dont think about.

Be very careful with the diet pills. Alot of them contan high amounts of diuretics, or high amunts of caffeine and other substances that can cause dangerously high heart rates, blood pressures, etc. (Even to the point of causing strokes and heart attacks)
If you think you truly need a diet pill, talk to your doctor first to find out the safer ones and the ones to definitely avoid. Also, your doctor may be able to recommend a a modified diet and exercise plan that will work just as well. Losing weight is never easy, but diet pills alone are not the answer.
Be careful, too many women (and men) have had serious long term problems occur just because of diet pills.
