Hello my name Is Angie and I'm a single mother. I have a 9 years old daughter (she's the love of my life) and her father just entered our live's (he has never meet my daughter).

Let me start by saying he broke my heart he left me when I was pregnant. He has 4 kids now (not counting my daughter) when we meet In 2004 he just had 2 kids and I thought he was a responsible father with his kids. His girlfriend Is a bit unstable (not passing judgment). He left back to Mexico In 2007 and 6 years later they had their 3 kid and now she's about to give birth to their fourth kid. He told me he still loves me that he made a big mistake by leaving us, he apologizes for leaving, he tells me his life has been miserable since he left.

He told me he wants to build a relationship with my daughter which is fine by me actually I think It's great that he want to meet. He's been talking to my daughter over the phone for almost 3 weeks now, he tells me he wants to build a relationship with her. He wants me to take her to him (do to legal reasons he can't leave the state of Texas) but he hasn't said anything on helping me pay for the trip. The reason why I don't ask him for money Is because my pride is huge.

I'm a successful business woman but I don't think I should pay for all the trip he's never given her anything why should I make It easy for him.... that make me super angry.

Please be as honest as you can be. Nothing hurts me anymore nothing....

You're welcome! I totally recommend San Antonio and Austin. They're both beautiful cities, and San Antonio has a ton of historical stuff, Sea World, and Six Flags!

I would make a trip of it! Go to Texas this summer with your daughter, take a few days off work. Make sure it's somewhere where you'd actually like to vacation at (just in case he doesn't show), like Austin, San Antonio, Houston, ect... If he really wants to see his daughter, he'll make sure he gets to one of those places. And if he doesn't show up, then you still had fun! Good luck
