I decided to make a change about being more healthy and my eating habits 8 months ago and I am very happy about it! I gained a lot of energy, my blood work had great results and I lost some "unhealthy" weight😉 No, I do not diet, It's about eating a lot of foods from each category every day, nutrition that is essential for our body. This was about ME!
