Thank you Gillian for your reply. I'm trying my best to eat enough fruits & vegetables whenever I can.
I have started taking folic acid vitamin tablets which yeah I got from my local pharmacy myself with the help of my mum.
Water? Oh yes about increased blood supply during pregnancy, I have less water but trying to have plenty of fluid as much as I can. Thank you very much for your help. :)
Proteins and healthy fats are good, whole grains and iron rich foods like spinach. Plenty of fruit and vegetables...typical good things. Something to watch out for and to talk to your doctor about is fish. Some fish should be avoided. Some people also say that you should be careful with nuts, but I was never told that personally.
Also be sure to talk to your doctor about prenatal vitamins. If you don't have a prescription for one, you can find them at pharmacies and I have even seen them at walmart.
Another thing that I think is really important is water. Drink plenty of water. You have increased blood supply during pregnancy.
Hope this helps!
