My daughter is about 25 lbs overweight.I have been overweight off and on my entire live. Currently, I am on a program through my doctor and have lost so far 20 lbs. My daughter eats a well rounded healthy diet though her portions are out of control. She dances regularly (though this summer she has not been dancing......) ....I want to provide her with fun and healthy way to maintain her current weight (doctor suggests she grow into the current weight instead of putting her on a diet plan.) and not ruin her self esteem self worth and confidence! Suggestions......
