Hearing impairment in 10 month old

We just found out our very sweet 10-month old daughter has some hearing loss in both ears. She had the sedated ABR test yesterday and basically they think she can hear conversation levels reasonably well (and she's babbling/trying to make words, so she can obviously hear some) but has trouble with high and low frequencies. They recommended hearing aids for both ears.

I'm trying to deal as best I can, I think the way my husband and I handle it will define the way she handles it. I want for her to grow up understanding hearing aids are really no different than Daddy wearing glasses. But I feel kind of stuck now, we don't have any other doctor appointments for a couple of weeks and I don't know what I should be doing differently, if anything?

If anyone has any advice or has been through something similar, I would love to hear.

Thanks :)
