My child is 3yrs old and hardly eats anything. I'm worried about her health, her weight is now below average and her height growth has also become slow. Can someone suggest attractive and easy snacks that I can make from healthy foods like cereals, veggies and other easily available ingredients??

I do believe the Pediasure helps. I have other mom friends who've used that as a supplement for picky eaters as well. I would also try different fruits and vegetables to see what she likes. Maybe you can cut them into stars, hearts or other shapes or arrange them on the plate to make a neat picture or shape to make her more interested in eating. You can do that with sandwiches too, cut them with cookie cutters. I also used the airplane in the mouth game with my daughter, telling her to open up so the airplane could land and make a flying airplane noise as the spoon circled in to land. If she likes food like macaroni and cheese they make the noodles that are made with veggies in them. Another good spot to look for creative food ideas for kids is Pinterest. I always see cute foods on there for kids. Hope this helps! Good luck.

Maybe you could try a kids supplement shake like Pediasure. At least if she won't eat you'll know she's getting some of the necessary nutrients from these shakes.
