I am currently breastfeeding my 6 month old baby boy but I am concerned that I am losing too much weight. My current weight was 125 lbs now I'm 104 what can I do to gain weight? I've tried the gym to help more muscle grow but it's not working. Is there = any safe protein I could use? Any recommendations?
