My baby father and I are no longer together but he has ny son and am getting married and would like my son to attend my wedding but he refuses... Does he have the right to do that?

You need those court orders then he can not do this to you or you to him. You both would know your set obilgations, visitation and child support things. You should have done this as soon as the child was born or right after he left.

No, the police won't get involved because there is nothing to get involved in. You need to go to court like I said and get court orders for custody, visitation and child support set up. If you have court orders in place and dad was not following them, then the police might help see to the transistion of the child to you.

If you have no custody, visitation or child support issues resolved in court and decided on or signed on by a judge, he can do pretty much what he wants to do.
