The day of ovulation can be different from month to month and from woman to woman. Stress, diet, exercise habits etc., can all effect your cycle even if your periods are regular. Generally speaking, the answer to when implantation can take place is roughly determined by how many days are in your cycle. For example, you said you have a 28 day cycle (from the beginning of one period to the beginning of another), then you probably ovulate about a week after your period. This is because ovulation typically occurs about 2 weeks before your next period begins. If you had a 21 day cycle, ovulation would generally take place soon after your period ended. Your egg can be fertilized within a day of being released. Once fertilized, takes about another day or two to attach to the uterus.

Long story short, implantation on the 14th day of your cycle could be possible.

Richa, Some of us do not understand abbreviations. I had to look them up in order to respond to your post, but some people would just skip your question without answering if they don't understand what you're trying to say.

So you're Trying To Conceive (TTC).... and you had your period (Aunt Flow, aka AF) in December... and more spotting 2 weeks later along with cramping. Am I understanding this correctly?

Spotting and cramping can occur when a fertilized egg attaches to the uterus wall. Sore breasts and cramps during sex can also be early signs of pregnancy. If your periods have been normal since your miscarriage, and this is the first weirdness you've experienced, you probably should see a doctor to rule out any other medical conditions and/or confirm if you're pregnant.

Each pregnancy is different, and you may have symptoms with one that you haven't had before. That's normal and nothing to stress about. If you have conceived, congratulations and take care of yourself to give your body the best chance at a successful pregnancy.
