What kind of problems is she having? Is she stressed out over school or having any other personal problems? Try Camomile tea. (Idk if I spelled that right.) Maybe she has something bothering her that she is afraid/nervous to tell you. Or she could be having hormonal issues that are giving her trouble. There is also this music called Bi-naral beats that puts my husband to sleep. Or you could give her a low dose of melatonin, but check with her doctor first. Melotonin is naturally produced in the brain to aid with sleep and you can buy it over the counter in the pharmacy. Hope this info helps.

Thank you so much for the advise I'm going to look into that, she is an active teen, plays on 2 hockey teams goes to gym 4 days a week. Has 90% in her courses in high school .. Just can not sleep anymore at night and she has to get up at 530am for school bus at 7am ... I try to get her to go to bed at 11 but I'm thinking thats to late and not giving proper sleep either. I will look into the bi-naral beats and all natural ways before medication.
