My favorite baby product company makes this stuff that's kind of like baby chapstick along with butt creams and other stuff. It's called "Boudreaux's Baby Kisses". It can be used on their chapped little lips or cheeks. (I even used it on my sons butt cheek the one time because he was almost completely over some diaper rash and the poor things little butt was chapped and bleeding.)

Some Lanisoh would probably work well -- it's used for cracked nipples when breastfeeding, and is food-grade and purified, so it's not dangerous at all if your daughter ingests a little bit of it.

I would use either a little bit of vaseline, the gel kind, or even some lanolin.

Hello, try a non toxic chapstick or let her suck on a wet flannel to try and rehydrate.
