Hi there! My name is Krystle. I am a mother of two! Son, 4 and daughter, 4 months. My sons name is Easton (aka E). He is in his second week of junior kindergarten, and we have already had a note sent home and he is not listening the 'first time' he is spoken too, having difficulties with routines. When I arrived at school yesterday, in front of two other parents, the tea her said " Easton has a note in his bag. He said an inappropriate word that is not a ' word we use at school' . She then proceeded to tell me that she does not want to discuss what the word was, nor discuss the issue in front of anyone, however, suggested i have a chat with him about using 'nice words' at school. i totally agreed!I grabbed Easton, and immediately read the note. I was so frazzled by this situation, that after having a chat with him about using 'nice words', that I contacted her at school. She proceeded to tell me that none of the other kids say things like this (the word was bitch, btw). I cried all night! I feel like a complete failure, as does my husband! Well there you go, my rant for the day! Any suggestions on listening and such?
