I'm only 6 weeks pregnant with my first. My boobs have always gotten extremely tender around my periods. So much so sometimes I would have to wear two sports bras just so there was no movement whatsoever. My doc has always told my boobs were very cystic. Well now that I'm pregnant..the pain is terrible. I'm doing heating pads and Tylenol so that's helping. When I sleep tho..I've always slept on my stomach clutching a side pillow which elevates my right side a teeny bit. My boobs aren't liking that tho. I'll wake up in the middle of the night feeling like there's knives in my boobs, so I know sleeping on my stomach isn't helping at all. And I know when I start getting bigger..I won't be able to sleep on my stomach anyways...anyone have any ideas? I have tried to sleep on my back. If I end up on my back in the middle of the night it wakes me up till I turn over. I think my boobs would start to feel better if I could change this...
