What am I doing wrong? I'm eating well, except for sugar, brown sugar is my weaknesses, and exercising but I'm gaining weight. I only eat fish by the way and I work out for an hour 3 to 4 times a week. My beautiful daughter is 3 months. What's wrong? Any advice????

Sometimes it just depends on your body. I did not start to lose weight until I stopped nursing (1st was 6 months old and second I nursed until 15 months old). In general they say to give your body 1 year to loose the weight. My suggestion would be to cut out the sugar.....that does add on the pounds fast (but I am a sweet tooth person myself, so know that is hard). What I have found to be helpful it is learn substitutes that can cut the sugar down or replace it. For example cut back on sugar with cookies by adding sugar free pudding and cutting back the white sugar to 1/4 cup. You can also cut your oil by replacing or half the butter with applesauce. You don't notice the difference and it cuts the calories way down.
