My daughter was molested by her stepfather. We were both in the military stationed in Japan when this happened. The military has jurisdiction over military members. I was able to fight the system and have him brought back on active duty and court-martialed. Yesterday, he was found not guilty of all charges. It was an jury panel with 8 members (one female and seven males). We didn't stand a chance! Although there was a taped recording of him apologizing for molesting my daughter, they still found him not guilty of all charges! What is our world coming to!
