If a 2nd grader knows what sex is and is writing or talking about it it could be a sign of sexual abuse. Little kids who haven't been exposed to things like that don't talk about sex or write about sex in that way. I really think that's something that needs to be reported. If something is going on at home or day care or wherever it needs to be dealt with to protect her.

That's exactly what my husband and I think something must be going on at her house or someone else is teaching this girl this kind of things, I don't know what the school is gonna do about this but I think is serious.
We are not saint here at my house, but I'm sure my daughter doesn't know about sex yet (or didn't know before that letter) she's an only child, doesn't have acces to the Internet, doesn't have anyone older around to teach her those stuffs, all I can say is life is hard when you are in a position that we are on right now =/

I would return it to the teacher and let them address it with the student or her parents.

Does this classmate even know what sex is or has she just heard the word sex and thinks it's kissing or something? How about talk to the classmate?

My boys who are 11.5 and 9 still don't know everything that sex entails but at that age they thought sex was kissing. I think you may be jumping the gun a bit and need to take a step back.
