HELP! I'm nervous about giving new foods to my 9 mo

Hi, please help! I have a 9 month old, and have been so torn about what I should be feeding him. I didn't start giving him solids until 7 months, and so far have only given him avocados, sweet potatoes, peas, and winter squash. I know I need to be giving him more but I am just so nervous for some reason. Please give me easy ideas that I can make myself for him. Basically, what would you be giving your baby it they have just had those few foods. Not what a normal 9 mo would be eating right now. Thank you in advance. :) (ps- he doesn't have any teeth yet either, and is about 90% breastfed) please be gentle

You can give him anything. Just cook it then puree it. You can even give him chicken or other meats that have been blended. Any vege's like potato, cauliflower, broccoli and carrots. Anything that you eat you can put in the blender and give to him. Just make sure you don't add any salt or spices and you'll be fine.

You can also let him try feeding himself with bits of banana, grated cheese and cooked apple.
