help-illiness/injury has damaged my milk supply to one breast

Two weeks after my son was born, I got mastitis in my right breast. I went from pumping approximately 3 oz in that breast to barely an ounce. My ducts were plugged and no matter what I tried I could not unplug them. After numberous visits to the drs office, several ER visits, 5 separate draining sessions, 3 holes in my breast, and 2 drains later, all over the course of 4 weeks I've finally made a full recovery. Now I've lost almost complete milk supply to that breast. What is a woman to do?

Some women can't breastfeed, it doesn't mean you have failed at all.
See how things go and if your baby is gaining weight and is healthy then keep going. If your baby is hungry and no gaining weight then you will have to look at formula feeding.
