Honestly, I don't think them having some dry nights makes a difference for during the day. Both my boys are fully trained during the day and most nights still wet.

Once he gets use to the potty and likes it, put him on a pair of underwear. He may have some accidents, but he will be able to feel more of a sensation if he has to go. Diapers and pullups have a lot of padding and kids get comfortable.

You throw all the diapers away and use them for night only. From the moment you decide 100% they need to potty train you put them in underwear, no matter how many accidents they have,

You put them one the potty every 20mins for 5mins or until something happens. Lots of praise when it does, Lots of we'll try again in a little bit when it doesn't and Lots of we'll make it next time for accidents.

HI ,if your son's nappies or pullpus are dry through the nite then start by putting him on the potty every 1hr let hims say there for a good 3/5 mins and keep putting him on the potty every hr ,even try him maybe wearing a pair of undies or probably abit later but if nappies or pullups are dry through nite stat every 1hr on potty,Best of luck darls
