Hello all i sm at my breaking point sitting in my car in a parking lot i have no onr to talk to then i remembered this site..hmm where do i start i have a 3 year old who just came bk from visiting his dad for 2 weeks which bythe way was only supposed to be a week but dad decided he would keep him another week. He wont listen falling out he wont respond when i ask him a question just stares at me which that he came bk home doing..and cries over everything. On top of that i think my bf is bi polar or something earlier yesterda . He was laughing nd joking then all of a sudden during a 1 hour drive to pick up my son he bcsme really quiet and sad which agitated me because he's not talking to me so i told him about it later about his mood swings because they are starting to piss me off so he apologized later that night but today he again had nothing to say to me all day today if i go into one room he goes into another and hes justllaughing at everything around him but nothing to say to me and i just got REALLY ANGRY AND STORMED OUT THE HOUSE..ANY ADVICE

Yes, you should allow him to keep visiting. It doesn't sound like his dad is abusing him, just that he is taking advantage of taking his child for however long he pleases.

A court order doesn't mean keeping him away from his dad, it means making sure you have very defined visitation times so that these things can't happen.

Don't you have a court order for visitation? Because if you don't, you need one. This is how you can protect yourself and your baby. That way, if he doesn't return the child, you have legal recourse.
