Help my seven year old is driving me crazy.

My seven year old is constantly responding to doing her chores or playing with her brother, or well practically everything with an attitude, eyes rolling, stomping off tantrum. I have tried grounding her and many other things. Nothing seems to be getting through and I am ready to pull my hair out.

My suggestion is to give her some chunk of time everyday where you role play with stuffed animals. ..? would that work? be a really mean animal, with a nasty voice and see how hers responds. . . for ex.
And/or arrange for one on one time and see if you can empower her somehow, cook with her? . ..while remaining very neutral yet firm when she pulls the attitude. . . it is difficult.
you can design a whiteboard with daily expectations and consequences. some kids feel good about seeing a compliment written just for them each day. lots of positive fdbk. earlier bedtimes can help.
