i'm 30 weeks pregnant and am having trouble sleeping at night. i try sleeping with a pillow between my legs this helps a bit. do you guys have any other idea's i know this is my body's way of getting me ready for bub's arrival and lack of sleep i'll have but it would be nice to get a few good night sleeps in before. any help would be appreciated.
