My daughter is 2 1/2 years old and she uses her sippy cup like a bottle. She refuses to go to bed without it. She wakes me up between 1-2 times a night to refill the sippy cup and because of this she wets through her night time pull up. She is potty trained during the day time but because of the sippy cup I am going to have a hard time night time potty training. This mommy wants a full night of sleep and doesn't want to wash bedding daily. I need some techniques to make is as easy and as painless as possible for the both of us to toss the sippy at night

There is no reason that a sippy cup would mean "a hard time night time training"

Night time training is a matter of recognizing when your bladder is sending the signals to wake up. If she's sipping once in awhile at night, that's not going to totally throw your training out the window. You need to realize, however, that the night time training is longer, and sometimes more drawn out than the daytime training, because they have to learn how to wake up enough to recognize that they need to go.

If you're tired of washing bedding, get some training pads. They work wonders.
