It takes a lot longer than 4 days to potty train, it took 2 weeks with my daughter (but from start to finish about 11 months). She will be 2 in a few months and I'm hoping she will pull her pants down all by herself instead of peeing through them. But everything takes practice. Even being potty trained for 6 months, they need reminders often. Be patient, be persistent, and expect accidents. Ruby still has an accident every so often, they have good days and bad. But don't give up!

Don't push him, if he feels forced he will dig in his heals and refuse. At least that's my experience. It took me a year and a half with my youngest and she still has accidents. I can tell you with confidence that it won't happen in four days, be patient with yourself and him. Make it available, and he will do it. :)
