My wife and I are US Citizens currently residing in Pakistan. We have applied for adoption and received custody of our little daughter, Zainab.
How do I immigrate her to USA.
Here are the Issues:
- Since we lived in Pakistan from day 1 of the adoption process till the final day of custody ( on July 20), I have not completed a home study in the US. (I don't reside in the US)
- But now I would like to start her immigration to the USA from Pakistan. what is the quickest way of doing this

Since you are already her parents, you probably will not need a home study. The adoption is final, right? You probably will get the best advice from the adoption agency. If you did not use an adoption agency, or a lawyer, you might be able to find an international adoption agency and ask for advice. Or, you can consult the US embassy in Pakistan. She will need a passport obviously, but there is probably more involved in bringing her home. This is a link to an Inter-country Adoption Information Site

Just research it dude. We told you how, if you really want this to happen, do the leg work yourself. This is an international site, and you will be hard pressed to find anyone in your exact circumstance. Call a lawyer, call the adoption agency for advice on how to pursue this, and call immigration office so you are not breaking any laws.
