Ok I got this workout off of my Instagram pg , I did it today for the first time and it deff was a workout. You don't need ANY equipment!

-30 Jumping Jacks
-5 Pushups
-25 High Knees
-7 Burpees
-10 Crunches
-7 Squats
-5 Pushups
-10 crunches
-5 Pushups
-7 squats
-30 Jumping Jacks
-1 minute wall sit (Stay Strong lol)
-5 Pushups
-25 High Knees Now You have to repeat this 2-3 for max results I was only able to do it once today!; Try it and let me know how it went for the first time. I was hot and sweaty! I hope y'all will enjoy it :)

Oh and please be sure to consult with your doctor before trying any new workout! Just to be safe
