If the pain is the actual scar, it is probably due to the stretching out of your abdomen, scar tissue is not very elastic. So to some degree it is normal, try rubbing some vitamin E cream on it. Sometimes scar tissue can form on the inside and attach itself to your insides, these are called adhesions. As your belly grows, that piece stretches and can pull and hurt quite a bit and that pain would be more inside or under your skin. Sometimes they even break free, you may feel a sudden pop and pain and then the pain will fade.
If you are really in pain, talk to your doctor or call the office to ask the nurse for suggestions.
