I have some point to convey you :
1) Food Chart : 7.30 / 8 am : A cup of Tea with 1 Biscuit
: 9 / 9.30 am : A glass of Milk (skip the same 2/3 days in a week)
: 5.30 / 6 pm : A cup of Tea with 1 Biscuit
: 10.30 pm. : Proper Dinner (Rice with fish / chicken / egg)
2) During the entire Day he is taking 15/16 Cigarettes
3) Watching Computer / Playing Game on a computer 4/5 hours continuously (max break for 5/10 min) Total consumption time for Computer is 13/14 hours with a several break.
4) Terrible rigid
I will be honoured if you kindly guide me.

This is not healthy behavior. This person needs to get off the computer and interact with their friends and family.
