Hi! Baby is too attached, I love it! But I'm afraid she suffers when I have to go to school or work

Hi :) So I am a 20-year-old single mom and, being a single mom, I have to finish school, and eventually I am going to have to work. My baby is 4.5 mo old and she is extremely attached to me, as I am to her. Unfortunately, I cannot stay at home with her 24/7 and as I finish school, my cousin takes care of her for me, for about 4 hours a day. This is not too bad, but I know that when my cousin leaves, I will have to place Michelle (my LO) in daycare and I'm scared that she will suffer that transition. I have heard about letting her cry it out, but I have also heard so many negative things about it and it just feels wrong to let her cry so much :( I want to raise a confident and happy little girl. I talk to her and explain the situation; telling her that we both have to play a part in this and that I will always be there, I just have to leave for a few hours.. Does anyone have any advise???
BTW, I nurse her to sleep!! It's a pretty demanding habit...and I'm not sure if it is the most healthy habit either. Thank you!

Single, young, older, we working/going to school mommas have to leave our babes in the care of others. Find out what kind off care the daycare subscribes too. Most good daycare/homecare givers will tell you that if you don't have a good feeling about their care, you won't be any good at your job because you will be worrying about your baby. As long as you find people who will love her she will be fine. Keep your head up momma. I sent my baby to an actual daycare center for the first time this month and this was a transition from the homecare she was at and it wasn't easy, but it had to be done since we moved.
