What Jodi said. Anytime at/after 6 months is fine to start solids. You can start w/ fruits and veggies as cereal isn't really necessary or even that good for them. Start with one food at a time and give it a few days before you try another one. Solids are not supposed to replace breast milk or formula feeds until around a year, so it's good to just take baby's lead for the fun, tastes, and eating practice. :)

The AAP and WHO recommendation is 6 months. Before that, most babies tummies are not ready for anything other than breastmilk or formula. However, even once you start them on solid foods, it should not replace their breastmilk or formula, as this is still where most of their nutrients will be coming from, and they need those for their developing bodies and brains. Really, until 12 months, food is just for practice, and learning.

Thank you Jodi. I was thinking maybe that my breastmilk not enough for her because she growing now and she sees me eat sometimes.
