Here is a fast, easy and delicious recipe for a lot at once.
Mashed potato Chicken dish

1 12 oz box instant mashed potatoes
2 cans of hungry jack biscuits
large can of cream of chicken soup
1 large can of chicken broth
1 or 2 large chicken breast cut into small chunks / pre-cooked in ( microwave or bake) I microwave it's faster and easier..
4 cups cold water
put in melted butter to taste
salt to taste

In a large roasting pan
add instant potatoes in bottom
stir in cream of chicken soup and about half of water to make mashed potatoes , leave it kinda thick.
layer potatoes with chicken chunks
use salt now for chicken
eyball chicken broth and pour as much as needed to really moisten, it should not be very soupy or runny, but look like regular mashed potatoes.
mix all together very well right in the pan.
add biscuits on top of mixture all over the pan
brush with melted butter
bake until biscuits are golden brown

wow, thank you!!! I don't have as many kids as you, but my 6person family is sometimes hard to feed, but this might actually make some nights easier! I appreciate it!
