She got into this habit because you allowed her to. Now, as Michelle says, you need to stop buying sweets, and only feed her what you want her to eat. Sweets should be a treat, not a standard, and she needs to learn that early on.

My kids didn't eat sweets until they were well into grade school, because for one, I don't have a "sweet tooth", so didn't buy or make much beyond the occasional cake or batch of cookies. the boys actually had to learn to like sweets. They didn't even eat their halloween treats when they were younger!

And, you'll need to stand your ground. Trust me, LO won't starve herself. If the only options presented to her are healthy foods, and she rebels, she'll still eat when she's hungry enough. It also helps to feed her the same foods you're eating. Kids very much like to be like mom and dad, and when they see you eating healthy, they will do so as well.

Stop buying them. If you don't have sweets in the house then she can't have them.
You also have to be strong and not just give in. She's 11 months so she's eating what you give her, It's not as if she can get her own food.
You give her vegetables and she will eventually eat them, YOU'RE the one who needs to be the parent and lay down the rules, not let your child rule the house.
