Hi, I'm a young, loving mother just trying to keep my son, and soon to be newborn son, away from abusive, and drug condoning father. I live in Georgia. what can I do , legally to ensure that the father, and his family , have no access to my children?

You cannot arbitrarily determine contact for the father of the children. Your attorney, if there is proof of your allegations, can use that proof to request supervised visitations, or restrictions to access. If there is not proof, or if the proof that is being offered is not valid, hearsay, or rumour, there will be nothing for the judge to rule on.

If the children's father has not abused them, if he has not been a proven danger to them, then he deserves access to his children, and has the right to a relationship. If he has acted directly against them, then there will be grounds for restricted visits, or other measures.
