hi i wounded if anyone has got any advice . i have 13 month old twins who im trying to get to eat proper foods but im struggling to get them to eat other things other than mashed veg potato and fish lumpy not runny. has anyone got any recipes i can try and lunch ideas .

Do simple finger foods like shredded cheese, steamed broccoli, cauliflower, cheerios, maybe some grilled cheese cut up really small using very nutritious bread, yogurt, banana slices coated with wheat germ to help with gripping and tastes great. Lots of options out there.

Barilla plus (yellow box) is really nutritious and has a ton of protein. I don't like wheat pasta cause how hard it is, and really retains water. This stuff is awesome. My kids love the elbows. http://www.barillaus.com/aggregator/prod...
