Hi, worried for overweight of my kid...............help me plz

hi, my girl is 10 yrs old and her weight is 30kg even she dont eat much food and not even take outside junk food. i give her 2 bread in morning, little tiffin, 2 bread in night with vegetable and 2 times milk only. so i worried very much, plz help me what to do to reduce her weight.

That is a lot of bread. She should be having a balanced meal of grains, dairy, protein, veggies and fruit plus exercise. Bread is filling, but not a huge amount of nutritional value.

How tall is she? I did the weight conversion and it's 66 pounds. I do not know what she is 'supposed' to weigh, but my 8 year old son weighs 52 pounds and is underweight... so 66 pounds doesn't seem like a totally unreasonable weight for a 10 year old.

It sounds like she eats a lot of bread w/out much else... What about fruits and meats and veggies more than once a day?
