ok I'm new to this forum so if I'm not doing something right let me know. I am a mother of 3 a 9 year old boy a 3 year old girl and a 4 month old boy so I'm not new to the mommy thing. My problem though is that I am ALWAYS on high alert with my youngest! I worry about everything all the time! I was never this way with my other two children. I was just wondering if it is just a hormonal thing that will pass? or should I see a professional? my whole family has noticed and told me I need to see a doctor. I'm just not sure what to do at this point. are there any other mothers out there who have had this problem? if so what did you do? I also will not part with him at all. I won't allow my husband to watch him in fear of what COULD happen. help? suggestions?

I agree that since you have a 4 month old, this is probably a form of PPD or post-partum anxiety. Speak to your doctor.

Ugh... duplicate post..

If your whole family is suggesting you see a doctor... see a doctor. They can refer you to a counselor to help you w/ your anxiety.

Probably hormones at this point, but maybe a visit with your physician wouldn't be a bad idea...

You keep up like this, and you'll over stress! I understand, though, but honey, you need to be able to let go a little.

Did you have a tubal done after this birth? That could be a factor, if you know this is your last...
