Hi! I'm looking for some ideas for adding calories to my sons meals. Its a little more complicated than just let him eat what is appealing because he cannot tell me, he is non verbal. He is 2 years old, 33 inches tall and weighs roughly 20 lbs. He has wolf-hirschhorn syndrome and epilepsy. He can only eat baby food texture because he does not bite or chew and does not feed himself. He also is having trouble processing Vitamin A, so he can't have any foods that contain it (i.e carrots, squash, sweet potatoes, pumpkins, pretty much whatever is orange or yellow in color).
He is currently drinking pediasure, i add olive oil to everything i make him. I try sneaking in some ice cream lol he LOVES food, im just running out of ideas.
