My husband has just been told by the doctor that his cholesterol is high.
We eat reasonably healthily but I know we could do better.
We will have a sausage or mince night, pork night, steak night, takeaway night, fish night and the other nights are chicken. Meals are generally served with steamed veggies or salad except mince where I make a spag bol and wholemeal pasta.
Does anyone have any meal ideas that are healthy, easy to make, and family friendly??
I am planning on dropping the sausages, mince and pork to having one of them once a week and the takeaway to once a fortnight. I just need a few more ideas to keep evening meals interesting.
