higher than average HCG levels?

Okay This baby is #3 for us and It was a surprise! I had spotting 2 days after I had a positive test and was a little concerned. I went for an ultrasound at 5 weeks 3 days (by my calculation via ovulation because of a strange cycle) and they showed a gestational sac and a yolk sac inside. They were concerned so at 6 weeks they sent me for HCG beta testing. At 6 weeks, my first HCG is 24,887. To me that is on the higher side and means I didn't miscarry at 3 ish weeks when I had spotting. But it also worries me that I WAS less than 5 weeks at my ultrasound which means that my beta is definitely high for 5 weeks and some odd days. I also have morning (all day) sickness with this one when I have NEVER had it with my other two pregnancies. I'm really thinking there might be TWO babies in there!
