Take them to any free activities you have around your home, playgrounds, play groups, the library. Have lots of craft things available, chalk on black construction paper, colouring books, stickers, play dough, etc. My daughter loves buttons, a container of buttons and an empty egg carton for sorting. Paint in ziploc baggies taped to a window or glass door. Sing all the time. Read to them. Have dance parties. Make a game of tidying up the toys. Educational games on a computer or ipad (that's a little controversial). The occasional tv show or movie. Get them into an activity - you can find mommy and me dance, gymnastics, swimming, soccer, etc. any of those things will give you activities you can do with your child everyday.
